HELP! Which countries released Godzilla Blu-ray Slipcovers?

Hello NINJAS and fellow Godzilla Fans!

I've been browsing through different Amazon Sites (UK, IT, ES, DE, FR) and I've seen a few different Blu-Ray Covers! Many of which I'm very interested in. But I don't want to purchase them and realize when I receive the Blu-Ray weeks from now, that it does not include a Slipcover!

So here I am (creating a NEW Godzilla Thread) asking for the help of members from their countries Amazon Page. Please let me know if you have 'such' Edition or if you know that it comes with a Slip or Not!

Blu-Rays in question:

Not sure if these DVDs will be of interest @bloodsnake007 as they're from Yesasia not Amazon. They also have blu-rays but it isn't clear if they come with slipcases .
