Same disc art and copyright. It'll probably have the dts hr track too even though they still list it as dts HD ma

I'm happy with the Korean coffee book edition. Kimchi had them on sale for a ridiculously low price.
I really wish that they chose a better artwork on this. It is too bad coz the inside art was beautiful. Will wait for a price drop to even consider getting this, just too bad.
Is it a different/better transfer with lossless audio ??....just saw your pics posted elsewhere- looks lovely.

I finally saw this for the first time in 10 years only to find out that it is still a CUT version 
Very dissapointing, I don`t want cut versions in my collection. I should have checked this thread again since @ricster answered the question. Also the transfer was not really good.
Does anybody know how the english subtitles on the Korean disc are? I just recently saw the Korean Disc of A Chinese Ghost Story 1 and the subtitles were not good. At the end of the movie you had the impression that they were Fan made by someone who did not know what he was doing, very unprofessional.

lmbo!!! it's a shame that such an awesome movie has a poor blu-ray HD transfer and no improvement.
I'll keep on patiently waiting cos the steel price will keep on dropping.
As for A Chinese Ghost Story, it's a classic. I used to own the HKL DVD version. Wu Ma passed away last year.
