here we are... two days later and she still hasn't signed any offers


1 of two things is happening.. she's getting a lawyer to look everything over because my agent mentioned lawsuit in passing for going back on my offer or 2, she's trying to sweat me out to see if I'll raise my price, which I can't anyways so we're wasting time here.
