Elvis 4k Steelbook
Lovely crystal clean matte finish on the black treatment.
And...surprisingly it's got a tasty glossed & embossed title and frame. I had no idea. It's actually really really nice in hand. Very shocked. I was under the impression that this release wasn't great.
Is the design boring? Yep. Think of the possibilities for an awesome design based around the greatest showman and well, this isn't going to be it.
Look past that and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

This film speaks for itself.
It's such an incredible piece of work, filled with sensational performances.
I'll pick up the 4k soon too.
One to watch occasionally.
Sobering, moving, and deeply shocking all at once.
Funny really, I always viewed this as the American equivalent of Trainspotting, I suppose it is if you take it a face value. This though, lacks any sort of redemption whatsoever.

Totally agree. A masterpiece. In my TOP 20 films all time. Disturbing, heavy experience. And a marriage of picture and music, there is only a few films when it´s connected SO good!

Trainspotting has also a comedy elements and it´s more funky mainly coz of Boyle playful direction. Requiem is pure destruction :):dead:
