I see that you’re also in Brooklyn, so there is probably a good chance that you’ll still get it. Anecdotally speaking, my mail delivery has been a mess lately; most of my packages have been arriving 2-3 days (or longer) after getting a “delivered” scan. If it’s not delivered on Monday, you might want to call or go to your local P.O. to see if it was returned there. Recently I had a package marked delivered and then nothing. Several days later without being given any notification from the USPS about where it was, I found it at the P.O.
Wish this was the case but unfortunately. I confirmed that it was stolen today. I’m a friend of the super of the building and I looked at the surveillance footage. Saw it being delivered, left in the mail room and then someone stole it. i think I pinpointed who it was but it wasn’t someone from the building. So unlucky, guess I’m screwed. I wish there wasn’t a day delay in dealersend updating it’s tracking or I would have picked it up.
I’m sorry to read that. It’s really rotten - especially being that it was put in the mail room and still taken. I always get worried when one of the releases gets delivered when I’m not around. Fwiw, I’d still report it to the USPS as stolen (if you haven’t already).

Mate sorry to hear that. Where I live I don’t have security and wrongens are always trying to get in to our building. Sometimes they have by breaking the security doors. Every time I get a delivery I worry about this. If I’m not in.
It was 6:55am and we haven’t had a doorman in 2 years. They just walked in when someone walked out, went in the mail room, pulled out a bag, put something in it and left. I'm guessing for an insurance, if MantaLab has one, you'd need to file an official report with the police as proof of it being lost/stolen.
We do have not only mailboxes but boxes specifically for packages with keys that are put in your mailbox, but it’s up to the delivery person to use it. Also the delivery room has glass doors that can be locked but they weren’t. Not to mention delivering it to the apartment (I was home) I’ve given up on that.
I believe they can file a claim with the shipper (DHL, I assume). As a rule, the company sending is responsible for buying insurance on a package.

Not really. I don’t have a photo with the person holding the box. It’s just highly suspicious based on the footage.
I'm wondering the same question ? Your answer is logic but maybe in these sort of cases, paypal refund the money from it's own pocket i believe. The matter has to be proven.
You should file a police report, then do a claim with PayPal and upload the official documentation from the police report.
I’m pretty sure for stolen mail you need to report the package as stolen to the USPS. They have their own investigative branch because mail theft is a federal crime.
