It doesn't actually say TBC anywhere on that Walmart listing. I am looking at this on a 40°C sweatbox London Tube with limited WiFi, plenty of hot and sweaty bodies and accidental huffage of seeping armpits.

So. Theres a possibility that this is the art, or one of the artworks.

I still have nightmares of being stuck on a rammed on a Piccadilly Tube, on the hottest day of the year for 40 mins. Everyone got off at the next stop regardless of where they were going and went to the nearest pub (I presume). Fun times.

I used to work for TfL and they are complete A.holes, on a strike for the usual train drivers complaining about their pay we had them lined outside the office spitting at us as we came in and they never once supported the back office when we needed help.

They don't have to get new rights for the inside art, that's why the inner image is the first available from whatever they already have in stock and own rights to, usually a shot from a film.
For outer images they have to either secure new actor likeness rights, or make up some BS poop abstract 'art'.

I remember Metro (Subway/Tube, whatever) in Tashkent, Uzbekistan – it was the coolest place during the 40 days of 40⁰ during peak summer there, was always looking forward to going down there to chill out, literally. Plus it was usually half empty, and smelled of that nice rail oil or whatever it is, like a new car smell of subways, even though it opened about 20 years ago at the time (in the 90's).
Moscow subway isn't much worse btw, just more crowded.
