NM's support, or lack of it rather, is really bothering me. Managed to make contact to change an order, but then never received a followup. Their support ticket system on their site doesn't work either

I Facebook Messaged them and they responded rather quickly. Told them I wanted to cancel an order and that their website help email thing wasn't working.

I hope they show us a full slip to differentiate this from the other releases. The original movie poster art would be nice.
