Packaging was similar to Kimchi, strong box with lots of bubble wrap.

Its the first time I have used JSDVD but it won't be the last

Never any worries getting a damaged steel from them due to inferior packing.

Shipping is billed separately. They should have sent you an email (might be in the junk/spam folder) regarding the matter. Alternatively there should be a listing for the payment in your JSDVD account.
