I mentioned in the letter I sent that others were in the same boat and suggested they may want to hold off on destroying any copies until they had completed a proper investigation

My letter should be there for 1pm as well, hoping they read it before the 2nd january

Yeah and me, I put "urgent documents enclosed" along with the reference number on the envelope too in the hope that it might make a difference

This is also the address you have to send back your letter and request to not destroy your parcel

If this address is right i can go there tomorrow (5 min away from my home) don't now if they have visitors office but i can check. I just don't won't go there with Empty hands so if someone can sent to my email copy of the letter from BF, copy of KimchiDvD and studio agreement, and copy of Tony letter to BF. So if someone have all of them please pm me so i can give you my email address. I'm not promise anything but maybe is worth try do this as well.

Looks like they building is in the same area where UPS, Royal mail , DHL have warehouses (i past them every day on the way to work) I just hope they have visitors office but if not I will try force them to past this documents to right place straight away!

I sent my letter by standard 1st class yesterday. Included a print of my order from kimchis site but not the email Tony has sent.

I hope that its enough and they receive it in time

I just come back and i have to say they not easy to deal with(i spent 1h in a lobby for security reasons, they check my details) I spoke with two guys and both claim if we want this case resolve best option is sent them email with all documents. Then I show them letter from BF (no email address) they told me is one on website. Then when I told them you guys sent a tons of emails but so far without any respond and that's way I'm here they claim they can talk only with legal represents of the company (KimchiDvD) I ask them if they can pass through all documents to this case officer but "Rules" doesn't allowed them do this. Basically we can't spoke with BF officers in person and on the phone, only way is email or letters -"Rules" . One of them read carefully all documents Ian sent me so i hope he's gonna do something about this cos he say all arguments (on Ian letter)looks good + KimchiDvD license agreement with Paramount studio - but they can't take this documents from me(Tony need sent them ) which he did so hopefully they do their job .

Thank you so much for trying - one can only hope Tony has couriered paperwork to that address so get there in time. Sounds like that's the only thing that would work - I guess it's good that all those who got letters appear to have replied with time to create a volume of response big enough to 'stay the execution' of the steels/discs past that 2 January deadline. One would hope that the BF case officer has enough sense to have tied all stopped items into one case and treat them all equally, and not destroy items that didn't send a letter back.

An HDN forum member visited the Customs office today and they were told that ONLY paper documentation direct from you will sort this.
Are you able to courier official documents to them on company headed paper please? It would need to go now, via FedEx or some other fast international courier. They do NOT accept faxed or emailed documents.
The address is on the letter I attached, which also has the case reference.
Please can you confirm if you are able to do this?

it's hard to believe they can destroy your item without your knowledge. They probably put on hold yours, they sent letters to some of you and wait for respond. way they have to spent couple h to do some research if we can do this for them for free.

If these are to be destroyed, would you be able to ask for proof (that they have been destroyed), this might sound daft but there is a small fortune wrapped up in this lot and all it takes is some dishonest p*ick to come along and make them 'disappear'.
