Got mines today......2 pretty big scratches on the front, and a couple smaller less noticeable ones. Very disappointed.

Anyone had experience of Kimchidvd returns? I presume as its sold out, the only option would be to return and refund?

Bah, no K-Packet today, all I've had is a single Steelbook turn up from Zavvi was hoping this would turn up considering other people have had theirs.

I noticed KimchiDVD mucked up my address even more than usual this time though (according to the dispatch email)... so hopefully it does actually get to me, they addressed it like this:

United Kingdom

Does everyone else in the UK have them muck up their addresses too? Or does it only ever happen to me for some reason? I've never had them get my address correct, not once.
Random third party Korean sellers and Novamedia manage to get it correct every time.

Email [email protected] and explain the problem (attach photos), and ask if they can send you an empty Steelbook. It potentially might be with your next order they send it rather than straight away based on what I've seen other people say in the past.

Thats one of the few benefits of UK customs. They might hit you with charges but they are not allowed to open any items or they have to give you the full monetary value for doing so and that includes aftermarket prices if the item is sold out.

But the other order that was on same flight, tracking is stuck on INCHEON!

I'm thinking it maybe lost anyone had this before? Would of thought both would arrive at same time.

You are not alone in the fact they can't get the address in the right order, it's happened on every order I've had from Kimchi.
The name & address is correct just typed out in the wrong sequence, not complaining though I've never had any problems so far.

99% of the time I don't even get the GBLALA stage and it goes straight from Incheon to turning up at my door with the post man, so I certainly wouldn't worry about it yet.
If one turns up and the other still hasn't a week or so later, then I'd start worrying.

Received my 1/4 slip version 409/700. Must admit i'm disappointed with it. Next to the Disney's which arrived today it looks bland.
