For such a long wait these are among the poorest releases I have seen. Very underwhelmed by them and the Lenti is amateur at best imho.

I don't like the tight slipcovers. I was going to open this but maybe I'll leave it sealed now so I dont scratch it.

I don't understand what went wrong with the fitting of the lenti but it should have been rejected and resized, this is the worst lenti I've ever had in terms of the fit. I thought maybe I have a bad one but I read another comment here about the overly tight fit, if anyone has the urge to open it or opens all their steelbooks I would do it as slowly as possible. I'm not sure how you go about putting it back in, I left mine out. If you have the 1/4 slip I would open that instead, I opened mine because I'm due another lenti. A good friend of mine pre-ordered me a Lenti, just in case I missed out, I had some issues with my net that week, I'm not opening that one when I get it, wish I went for a 1/4 slip now.

loose fitting slip with steel falling out is worse than tight snug fit. i hate loose slips.

Mine has been been stuck in customs since the 5th. Usually it only takes like 2 days for a package of mine to get release. But this is the longest I have ever waited for a package to get release from customs. I guess since it's the holidays the mail is really slow.

I'm not sure how the delivery works in your area but where I live I have the normal on foot postie delivering letters & small parcels etc then later on in the afternoon the van comes round with anything bigger. If yours is anything like mine you may still get it today (hopefully).

Got mine this morning and I think it's awesome.....

My only tiny criticism would be that the Steelbook is not sealed under the very tight Lenticular. Makes it way too easy to scratch the finish when taking it out.
Will be storing the steel and Lenticular in separate bags....
