If I were Tony I wouldn't accept any orders from any country that has these customs practices.
That's just stupid! UK is one of his biggest customers. This is just some jumped up little nobody that has caused this problem.

It's easily solved, Tony needs to stamp his authority and threaten legal action heavily, as UK customs are accoubtable. I haven't ordered this but if I had I would be threatening full legal action and suing them, at the very least till this little idiot that blocked them had lost his job. That's the UK way, I've done it before successfully and I will do if again no matter the cost.

KimchiDVD packages were targeted. If this is not resolved and continues, changes will be forthcoming. Who's next, Blufans, Nova Media, Plain Archive, etc???

No one's going to spend several hundred thousands of dollars for overseas litigation.

Not all though just a certain batch which I find even odder

To be honest, I doubt if Tony will want to get involved with HM Customs, besides, he's already got his money, what happens after that he won't really care about. Unless it hits into his profit margin.

I think he should care about it since it could lead to a lot of UK collectors boycotting his company.
