What's weird is that my Kimchi Iron Man's are on Incheon flight number 267 and last seen on the 2nd of December; and my TDKR non-exclusive steels are on Incheon flight number 267 from NovaMedia and last seen on the 13th of December. Flight number 267 is not to be trusted guys!
Did you get the letter from UK Border Force for Iron Man?

My Drive is stuck since 13th Dec. Wondering if it will suffer the same fate as Iron Man.

I have just stumbled across this thread as I have not ordered this, however my experience of custom's etc is vast, I used to import performance car parts from various places including Asia, and at one point was looking into a small import/export business selling and trading such parts, however the problems I experienced with custom's meant I could not guarantee regular stock and could not honor orders. Sadly a lot of the time it was simply luck as to what got stopped and what got through, people with quotas to fill and so on, if for example these steels had been sent at a different time of the month they might of got straight through. I also found saying something was counterfeit and therefore detained was simply a stock answer they would give, this is the reason I don't really venture into buying steels from around the world as border contol/customs is quite simply a lottery(n), really sorry for the collector's who got caught up in this.:sick::sick::sick::sick:

I've still not even had a letter about this, i guess mine are in with the others that have been stopped but i dont know. if letter doesnt arrive monday then if i get set the same deadline i will not be able to get the letter returned to them so they will get destroyed.
i think very few people blame Tony/Kimchi for the problem however i do agree with those saying that the lack of response is completely unacceptable.
the biggest problem i see is if they do get destroyed or border force wont release them is should Kimchi give a refund? it isnt technically their fault that the products were stopped but they buyer should not have to pay for an item he does not receive... tricky one!
International postal rules say that the package is owned by sender (and he is responsible) until one of two things happen: either the package is delivered to a recipient, or it is detained by customs. After that, the recipient is responsible for the package.

Had the same email. But since I have not received the dreaded letter yet I have to appeal to any fellow ninjas to reply to Tony with the info that he has requested.
