Just received my lenti. OK, so I'm slightly underwhelmed by it. I don't why I assumed this was a slipcase. It's a bottomless slip, which is nice-looking, but I usually associate these types of slipcovers with cheap Best Buy Blu-rays of Hollywood crap. First, most of these types of slips are pretty much useless but this one features nice, different art than what's on the steel, so it isn't completely redundant. Second, the slip is so tight that there's much potential for the steelbook to become damaged from scratches as you pull it out. These things are VERY prone to surface damage from even the slightest mishandling, as many of you are painfully aware. I don't think I'm ever going to pull it out again lol.

When I got my Transformers BF steel I was immediately impressed even before I unwrapped it. This didn't happen with this one, sadly.

Border Force is part of the Home Office, I am pretty sure that they don't just destroy goods and hope nobody complains.
Unfortunately having dealt with them in the past through work, they often do exactly that. Consumers have very little comeback, and when they make mistakes they are extremely reluctant to admit them.

They however are accountable, but you'd need deep pockets and reasonably good lawyers. Retailers do have the power to shaft them heavily but only if the retailer is prepared to do that.
