If I'm reading this right apart from one site, that has since pulled the image, the fact Iron Man is the Mystery SteelBook is still just speculation?

Not necessarily, there's quite a few Zavvi exclusives that no-one else gets. Especially if it's a re-release, look at their Captain America and Thor and also the recent Avengers Assemble with lenticular magnet.I would not worry about missing out on this one as it is a Zavvi Limited Edition.
That means that It will no doubt be released on Amazon.it and Amazon.de

That wont mean its a film that has not had a previous steelbook release in the UK or in another country
It will mean this particular new release will be Zavvi exclusive and will not get a release from another UK retailer
Even then the same steelbook could see another retailer in the UK get it if it has a time period exclusive with expire date
I have sent a request to Zavvi to announce what the Mystery Marvel Steelbook is so customers know clearly what they are paying for as in what the steelbook title is
I also asked them if this will be available to purchase on its own

I am pretty sure Zavvi will announce the title before the release date, they are just trying to build hype which is something that most retailers do. If anyone finds this strategy somehow offensive, they are free not to order and spend their money elsewhere like normal people.
Does that mean the rest of us who do order are not normal Yes I can understand its a selling tactic to build up hype and its working
As long as its announced in time before the Zbox are shipped just in case its a release some will not be happy with and it would help sales if they new what it was as not all customers are that brave

Problem is the steelbook release could be months and montha away they will send the zbox in weeks so how do you cancel half of an order that is technically one item if you have had part of it for longer than 30 days?
I'm just curious how many members who have pre ordered in the past Zbox/Steelbook combos not received delivery of the steelbook but did only get delivery of the Zbox only and later get told sorry we don't have any steelbooks left to complete your order
I have seen this mentioned by a few members and I'm curious to know has this happened a lot
If this is a common factor that has happened it might be a good idea to create a thread were members can post what Zbox combo release they did not get delivery of the steelbook when it was released

Hey guys, just to re-iterate for the folks just joining the thread or our community. The Steelbook in the box will not be one that was already released before by Zavvi.
Have to agree, that is a plus point, and the fact that they do tend to ship before release date and you get the goods before then on most occasions. Plus free shipping of course ( for the UK at least that is).
