Another steelbook of Iron Sky will be released in Germany, this time with a different cover :
Release date : March 1st, 2013 (although already available in some stores)
No embossing and printed back ...

My one and only wish is that it would include English subs.
I bought the super deluxe set from Amazon and enjoyed it very much, But half of it was in German which I don't speak.

The artwork on this 2nd edition is quite alright, The 1st release is still superior. This is for the completist. Thanks for the post.

I also saw it in my local MM yesterday while I was there for vampire hunter and I can confirm it has a printed back

It doesn't look as vibrant as it did on the mock up. The original rełease is the better of the 2 IMO.

I have the Iron Sky Limited Super Deluxe Edition with canvas from Amazon.de and the metal looking embossed steelbook from Bol.com (Dutch) some similarities to Amazon.de 1st steelbook released. Both editions are spoiled because they are German/Dutch editions so they dont bother translating the German spoken bits that are in the film into English subtitles, even the new steelbook released from Amazon.de and Media Market have the same problem for English spoken people.

There is also a Japanese steelbook edition - Iron Sky Deluxe Edition (Blu-ray) (Steelbook Edition) (First Press Limited Edition)(Japan Version) from Yesasia.com came out 8 February 2013 and now OOP, dont know if this has English subtitles?

Satin finish (too shiny for matte, but not glossy) with clear finish metallic shine effect for spaceships.
