Is there a distinction between 1st and 2nd printings of steelbooks?

Like, if I got a copy of a movie during it's second run, would someone be able to tell? Im not trying to rip anyone off lol, I just noticed some people here get disappointed when they see "second printing"

Sometimes there is, sometimes there isn't.

Examples are usually in Germany they will add a printed rating logo on the 2nd printing, or in North America they will use matte finishing or no interior artwork on a 2nd printing.

The recent white Star Trek in UK however is almost, if not exactly, identical between 1st and 2nd
