I had full Slip in my cart got to PayPal and it was out of stock before I could complete the order

I got lenti A instead as I prefer that to B

Full Slip was only available for a few seconds

Yup, Kimichi works great now but there was a time when there servers were very unstable. I would guess it was 12-18 months ago, somewhere in there they fixed any ordering problems. But they are #1 now considering how more volume they do than PA but discounting volume PA is very good.

Reorder, select paypal. Easy to do since Lenti A is still available

Thing is, Kimchi did something to improve the shopping experience, while Nova doesn't give a ****.
You said " especially suprising for KimchiDVD", I guess that means you didn't order from them for quite a while.
Whiplash was my first Kimchi order and i never had any problems since then.
In the same time I missed 2 out of 3 Nova releases because i couldnt check out.

Usually if you have a receipt of order, and you have the order number - you just email Tony with the order number and ask him to send you a Paypal invoice. (Give him your PP address, of course). I've made that mistake before when hitting "wire transfer" by accident.

So I was charged the standard $10.81 K-Packet shipping for this and I used the same method for my Good Dino Lenti order last week but was only charged $8.50... Anyone know why?

$8.50 being a first for me in this case, not complaining but hope my Dino order is good

Shipping charges vary even though with same shipping method. Why?
This is due to the package weight. Most products in our site are 1-disc-items, but sometimes you can find items with more than 1 disc or with booklet or paper out-case etc. Such items are heavier than regular 1-disc-items. Post office charge each package by weight. Thus, the shipping costs may vary. All charges are following charge table of the Korean Post Office (KPS).

It Follows package weight = 460g / $10.81
Good Dino package weight = 480g / $8.50

Work that one out... (N.B. Again, I'm not complaining, just interested as to why )

jeek. you are not wrong to hold frustration aimed at Novamedia's total and even blatant disregard for their website woes. a bit of well placed digging around the forums will lead you to find similar expression by myself against NM.

however, i promise you, just as sure as the sun rises, there was a time, in days of yore, that kimchidvd was the reigning king of all the land when it came to worst website preorder experience. Nova may have overtaken that crown at some point, but kimchidvd wore that crown for a good long while.

and btw, Novamedia used to partner with KimchiDVD on the earlier releases until they broke away on their own.

That is weird. Everyone (sorry for the generalization) seemed to be up in arms at how bad the fullslip was...
And now some people are up in arms that they didn't get one!
