I don't know what it is when Kimchi and Blu do an exclusive together, but for the Front Artwork on both Fullslips (WHIPLASH and IT FOLLOWS),
the Artwork on both releases is a face/Head that fully fills in the front of the fullslips o_O

It feels like there is a huge lack of effort in creating a front Artwork a bit more elaborate than a head shot :grumpy:

Me too, cancelled lenti B in the hope of bagging a fullslip - so if someone could give me a shout if/when fullslip comes back it would be appreciated :)

I LOVE head shots! :rofl::naughty:

Seriously though, that girl is kinda cute. But that close-up from the full slip makes her look like a teenage boy. :cautious:
I preferred the original.

Torn on what to do. Should I bag a type B before it goes walkies as well or hope some cancelled full slips go back up for sale as these things often do at least once with Kimchi. Their allocation to one-click on this release has really soured me on a steel I was really looking forward to. I thought I'd be keen just to get any one but I really want a full slip. :oohyeah:

I don't think there will be many cancellations of the fullslip as it sold out so quickly. May be 5 to 10 pieces at the most ? but they will be snapped up before anyone really has a chance.

y'all are bonkers. :bored: that full slip ain't got nothin on the lenti B.

methinks the ol human nature cliche "people want what they can't have" is playing a bit of a role here.

kimchi was smart to put that one at such a low print run. would've taken forever to sell out otherwise.

but you can't fool me... I'm the gingerbread man!

What is it about that full slip that has people so bewitched?
For me Kimchi just do quality fullslips. Have to say sometimes their lentis can bring a bit hit and miss (Rush/Dallas Buyers Club) but I'm sure these will come out well. Also personally wasn't keen on lenti A as it's the same as my Amaray slip. That's just me though.

Agreed all this talk about ''I missed the Full slip'' blah blah :meh: stinks of only wanting it because it's OOS. It's a very average looking slip at best and the lentis look by far the better versions. Maybe it's the resale value that people think about before the actual look of the product ;)

You will be hard pressed to look back on the thread and find anyone excited by, and talking about, how great the fullslip is. This is definitely the "OOS rare" thing that stokes collector's desire. If it wasn't OOS, no one would be talking about it. It really is a pretty blah big head cover. Nothing special.
TBH, it is a weirdly vague, arbitrary image. (Did they put every frame of the film on a board and throw a dart to choose that image?!)

I disagree, i actually cancelled my order for lenti B in the hope the full slip comes back in. I may end up missing out entirely now the lentis are selling out but each to their own - it's just personal preference.

Keep your eyes on the Kimchi Facebook page. Tony said that the cancellation orders would go up in a day or two.

Well I open and watch every steelbook I own so I don't exactly view my steelbooks like that I could care less if they are rare or out of stock I just really only do full slips because I like how big they are. I agree as well that the image is extremely random and at this point I prefer the former but still I like my full slips, if I end up not getting one that's fine and dandy with me
