I wanted the fullslip as I collect full slips, I liked the front & back image on it & It Follows is one of my favorite movies of the last 10 years (in fact, I just wrote my thesis partially on it).

Wow, I wish all these people had spoken up the day they changed the full-slip design--they might have switched the art back to the first design before it was too late. The first design wasn't great, but it was at least decent. The final product is absolute sh*t. I hope the people at Blu Collection and Kimchi are reading these posts and learning a lesson.

Seriously though, that girl is kinda cute. But that close-up from the full slip makes her look like a teenage boy.
I preferred the original.

Agreed all this talk about ''I missed the Full slip'' blah blah stinks of only wanting it because it's OOS. It's a very average looking slip at best and the lentis look by far the better versions. Maybe it's the resale value that people think about before the actual look of the product

I am a Fullslip Person, but I was not feeling the artwork of Blu/Kimchi's FullSlip of Whiplash and It Follows. The Back Artwork were decent, but the front as much as I Love Fullslips I would have picked it up just for the bonus Items as the Fullslip is nothing special(Whiplash was a bit better). The Lenti B also the back pool shot looks like the pool was stretched, it feels off like the pool is 3 times the size it actually is... but front of Lenti B is Nice.

I can't believe I will say this but I think the best edition out of all 3 is the Lenticular A ! I looked for almost 1 day back and forth at pictures of the Fullslip and lenti A and trying to think and after looking much at it, the Lenti A grew on me and I thought it was actually the best ! So I PIcked it up and I guess I am lucky I did as it is OOS.

I don't know what it is with Kimchi and Blu together but they are lacking experience in the design of Artworks, now 2 releases that they seem to struggle with proper Artwork ''meh'' ...

This kinda scares me now for Hateful Eight, I just hope they don't drop the ball on the artwork as this is one release that will sell no matter how bad the artwork is.

I'm a full-slip person, too. I sometimes buy a lenticular version in addition to the full-slip version of a film I like (especially if it's something that lenticulars are particularly appropriate for, like superhero movies), but never the other way around. This was the first time I hated a full-slip design so much that I just couldn't buy it and went with the lentis instead.

The Blu Collection have done a lot of really great designs in the past, but you're right, they seem to be falling apart on the full slips lately. I thought the Whiplash steelbook full-slip was crap, too--which is why I bought the awesome Scanavo full-slip and put the steelbook in it .

I hadn't noticed that, you're right. But I still would have bought it.

The full slip reminds me of a retro horror cover, which I usually tend to like, but I agree, perhaps it could have been better. Kimchi still does pretty unique stuff, so since I signed up for the 1-click via our group buy, I am still hoping it looks decent in-hand.

After a day to let it sink in, I'm really glad I went with lenti A now and can't wait to see it in the flesh. I'm sure the depth will be awesome.

Although it was literally a last minute decision, I still think that option suits the movie the best (out of the 2 lentis anyway). The colour scheme of the full slip also suits it but I wasn't mad on the design.

I personally dont like the image but every release like that where I don't like the full slip usually turns out amazing lol and I imagine it will still look great in hand and great texture or finish. Just look at what they did to the good dinosaur and fantastic four. Wasn't expecting those finishes when looking at the mock up.
If I had the cash this would of been my first 1 click but I just couldn't afford it and I wanted soemthing with different art to what we've already seen and had for this release and lenti B fits the profile perfectly for me.
I will also be getting the USA steel at some point. Maybe next month

It Follows, I don't expect the same type of Finish for the Fullslip as it is Partnership with The Blu Collection. I expect a different more simple type of Finish.

I originally tried to get the Full Slip even though I was not happy with the artwork change
I always go for Full Slips with Nova releases because they are most times high quality with good embossing and texture and have full size booklet

I ordered the Lenti A version
It is yes already used on the amaray but it suits the steelbook more in my opinion than Lenti B

I expect as usual the lenti will have good depth and be a quality lenti

Has nothing to do with that in my case. I didn't like any of the slip designs (Lenti A is alright but I already own the UK slip with the same art) until they changed the full slip art last minute. It appealed to me because it was something a little different from the usual art seen used on other releases. Nor do I keep anything sealed with a notion of profit in mind, I like to open and enjoy all my Blus whether they're rare or not. So yeah maybe you could stand to tone down the sweeping generalizations... not every collector is a scalper.

Love the blood effect and colouring on B but agree A is more fitting and I don't own this on Blu yet anyway... May have to cave if/when it comes back in-stock and I'm around to buy it...

I was referring more to their Fullslip Finish with Blu (but I can't really speak on those past Blu/Kimchi Fullslip as I only own Whiplash which was my first one)

Same, the only kimchi full slip I own is whiplash.
All the others I own are lentis
