But I've noticed that sometimes their initial automatic http to https redirect can be very slow or fail completely.

Basically you just follow the process:

- click View Cart on top of the page

- click Order Now -button

- enter your shipping address, click CheckOut

- enter your shipping method and other details, select PayPal option at bottom of the page, click Continue

- on the next page, you see the order total at the top and the payment options again at the bottom. Click PayPal Credit -icon

- you will be redirected to PayPal, log in and complete the payment

Can you try a different web browser ?...I know often when I have some issues I switch Browser and it sometimes just works.

Sorry, can't help you there.

Your order is probably in, however. If you look at My Account, there probably is (at least one) order line with status "Receipt of Order".

You can email [email protected] and request a PayPal invoice. There could be a temporary problem at Kimchi with PayPal payments; at least you should have no problems going ahead with the invoice from Kimchi.

when you send email to kimchi, just know that Tony does not speak english very well, so be simple go straight to the point.
