No I understand and the language barrier does add some stress. But if you have your paid paypal invoice maybe now he is going with the paypal invoice for your order instead of your own account.

Did it say what you purchased in description on Tony's paypal invoice he sent you ?
If on the Paypal invoice there is the description of the item maybe he will simply go with paypal invoice.
