I received my replacement copy but little trouble, I bubble paper marks all over the Steelbook and it's impossible to remove.(n)

Sorry to see that @TobinFrost... :( I've never seen that before! EEK! The glossy finish of the steel and direct contact with bubble wrap is clearly not a good combination! :dunno:

Hope you manage to get it sorted and Kimchi take note for future reference.

I finally got my One-click today and I have to say the full slip is easily my favourite of the three. I decided to open my Lenti B to see what the steelbook was like in hand and it's absolutely gorgeous (luckily no scratches or issues others seem to have had).

Wow, that's pretty bad. Was the steelbook actually unsealed within the bubble wrap?

What a spaz, I posted this in the USA thread lol

Anyway

Got my replacement case today in my incredibles package and at first was happy because the front is scratch and Mark free but then I noticed the dent and the back has a scratch too. :( oh well I give up now

Wow! They didn't even inspect the replacement before they sent it out??!

That's a bummer man :(

You can't even do a 'combo job' of the best covers between the 2 as that's worse than the original one you received

Exactly what I thought :(

Once opened mine I have noticed a problem: poster is next to backside of the steelbook, touching it and causing some scratches... When you open it better put something soft between poster and steelbook.

Keeping sealed this edition means damages guaranteed in short term.

Personally, I still think it's that new cardboard wrap around J card thing. I've voiced this opinion earlier but got shot down for it as it seems it's popular with the majority. There's too much touching off the steelbook now.

This is my first Kimchi release with this card and oddly, my first Kimchi with scratches.......

Doesn't account for the dents we're seeing though.

Received my Lenti B today, the lenticular blood seems not as good as pictures from others ninjas as from @PadreKarras whos picture are great :photo::thumbs:

Do you have any idea what may have cause the plastic to stick so much to the steel, heat maybe?
For information. sticky glue from j-card can be taken off using lighter fluid, a petroleum base product, may be it will work. Make sure the the gloss is not responsible or bonded to the plastic just deposited, else not recommended.

My FullSlip Steelbook was in the same condition as the steel in my lenti, exact similar damage and marks... so it has nothing to do with being in the lenti or the fullslips, its just random it seems.

No idea, but I'll try what you told me.

Thank you
