Old infos:
Note About Ordering From Entertainment Store said:
They will ONLY DELIVER TO UK ADDRESSES AT THE MOMENT.

A way around this: (confirmed by retailer thats its ok)

1) Order directly but add a UK HDN members address for delivery
OR
2) Ask a UK HDN member to kindly order it for you

So please be careful when ordering because if you've put an address outside the UK your order will be most likely be cancelled by Play.

I sold both of my 1st print, but as I've said previously I think they will be more sought after. But I think it's reached it's climax in terms of value, I don't think we'll see them go for £165 again especially when the other 500 are sent out and eBay is flooded with them.

I sold my 1st print, however given that the rest of the global production of this steel seem to have the defect, surely the 100% mint ones will be more valuable long term.

Personally I'm not really bothered which one is worth more. I'm not an OCD collector but when I heard of the free "mint" replacement i let a fellow collector have my original for cost as I knew I would be getting an extra copy. I'm just happy that I'll have a 1 out of 1000 of first real limitied UK steelbook. And hopefully if possible try and get a full ES set of all their exclusives.

I envy what you've done, but I'm still concerned the replacement:

Won't turn up
Have something missing (like the UK Jcard)
Have a worse defect.

I've personally been stung in the past, selling on a lot of stuff at a massive loss to obtain my "grail" only for the seller to increase the asking price by 1000 EUR. I think the buyers would have sold the stuff back to me, but I decided my reputation as a seller was more important. Needless to say, I didn't go through with the deal.

Don't count your chickens before they hatch. At least the eBay sellers have £100 to console them if it does all go wrong :)

Yh I to wonder about the replacement but I did use the money to contribute to my Wreck it ralph blufan. If the worst happen and I never recieve the replacement, oh well crap happens lol there is alot more worse things that can happen ;)

Does the defect not bother anyone else or just me? I would never have expected a replacement for something so minimal. we've seen worse with people only offered 15% refunds etc! Ive no idea what to do with a second copy as I'm not a big trader or anything (if the 2nd copy is in fact mint)

I sold my additional sealed copy, still have my open defective copy, and the sealed mint copy on route. The open copy I have is going nowhere until I know exactly what we'll be getting with the replacement.

No, it didn't bother me either. And I'm pretty OCD about such things. It was minor to the point of being practically invisible.

That said, you have to admire ES's commitment to service and quality. That's the kind of rep you want in this business. So big kudos to them for being strict on manufacturing standards. I wish all distributors would be.

Big time. It made me order Hansel and Gretel despite not loving the film that much!

That's right, I have no need for two of them. Of course I wasn't happy that I didn't get the first one, why should I not have got something I paid for.

That really just confirms, you were unhappy you weren't able to sell on for a profit rather than being upset you didn't have the steel for your collection.

I imagine any sympathy others had for your situation has just disappeared, but it was pretty evident from the start as ES said they would send a mint replacement to you but somehow you still felt they had done wrong by you.

I still don't get all the fuss about this release, the film was really generic.

Please don't attempt to judge me, what I did with this copy is irrelevant, this is the copy I paid £27.99 for therefore I should have received it. The manufacturing fault and the reprint played no part in my anger at not receiving it
