You're lucky your copy of Jaws 2 turned up. Mine hasn't appeared yet yet 3 and 4 did. Not a good sign especially as 2 was sent before the other two.

That's a good point. I'll keep an eye out tomorrow and, if it does come back up for sale, will order another copy and seek a refund for the damaged one. There's no way I'm going to send it back hoping for a replacement - I got caught out by that once and swore never again. When they received my damaged copy, they then said it was OOO and they had no more copies available to send me a replacement so just refunded me instead. When I asked didn't they keep them aside for ones they knew they were having to replace I was told no, they don't, such is their poor customer service. I keep telling them about Amazon's approach whereby they will send you a replacement IMMEDIATELY and, if you don't return the original within 30 days, they charge you for the replacement. Much better approach from the customer's point of view.
