Sounds like G.I. Joe: Retaliation. Not an exclusive for Blufans within China, but Blufans will still make it a "Blufans release" with a custom slip and possibly other extras.

A fellow ninja pointed out to me the "Only At Blufans" are not BE releases. They are similar to Elite Squad and GI Joe.

Wow, so I had to re-place my Thor 2 order today and I went to check my order status and it seems like I preordered this back in October and never paid for the shipping, so now I have 3 of these on the way it looks like.
