It's basically the shape of the slip. It leaves the top and bottom of the steelbook exposed rather than the side. It's commonly a lot thinner and sleeker in my opinion and honestly no real reason for the hate. Just a preference of people I personally love an o-ring over a bulky fullslip

It's basically just a slipcover like you'd see on a basic Blu-ray you'd buy at Amazon, Wal-Mart, etc., but with a lenticular front. Lots of text on the back like those, as well. That's why a lot of people don't like them.

Edit: The cardboard used is a little thicker and sturdier, though.

BUT on the whole I prefer full-lenti slips aka Manta Lab

Really like the lenti slip for this one. I think overall I'm more keen on fullslips. We'll see how these turn out once they are farther along.

Thanks for the tag @Phantasmic First impressions, my favourites are Fullslip A and the lenti which will of course match the first Will hope/wait for some real pics of A + B to decide whether or not to pick one up No need for the lenti as that's a definite purchase regardless
