No nothing else to do with the new system. Shipping invoice for Direct GB will be send after GB closes. For HUB shipping invoice (domestic mail aka cheap postage plus packing fees bill will be sent few days before it ships to me /3rd week of July).

Not insulted and fair question for people who have never joined any GB's before. (The HDN forum fee is 7% of Merchandise Cost).

Cost breakdown: $124.99 MSRP + $7 HDN Fees + 40 cents PP transaction fees + PP fees on total.

You can get it for $131.44 (which is $7 more than MSRP) if you send me the money in cash in an envelope. Obviously you will not be protected against any issues and you will have to take my word on it that I will deliver the goods as promised.
