I email nova to declare $17 and I also asked by Facebook to yet mine arrived with $20 marked on it.

Nope I asked for $17 but they didn't so quite lucky, mine arrived at Heathrow yesterday and delivered today. My last lot from blufans and HDZeta always say $20 I ask for them to be lowered and they never do.

As long as you get update it arrived at Heathrow then you can relax. Tracking doesn't give any information in between.

I've got exactly the same on mine. Really frustrating!

Got mine yesterday. I emailed Nova to declare $16 and arrived with no customs.

There was only one update on RM tracking showed it arrived Heathrow in the afternoon on 31st July. Then arrived next day.

As above, I expect a few days from when it leaves Korea to when it lands in the UK but this is a little longer than usual, hence the concern (plus its a blind buy movie and am itching to watch it with the BF so am being a tad impatient too lol)
