Yes, it's been happening since August 2023, with certain countries/IP addresses, mostly outside Europe. If you don't want to wait, you can access it via a VPN (set it to an EU or US server) and you should be fine till they resolve the matter.
They intentionally block some countries. Not just them. Impossible to browse nowadays without VPN, 'discrimination' everywhere.
