I couldn't find a window to insert my user id in the mobile view, but I couldn't search and click everywhere any longer, so I've completed the order - because of several reasons
I wrote a mail to the 'need help' address and I hope this isn't too much trouble for the people in charge

@Aniv what is going wrong with the bluray life store ...... could not check out and the fullslip A is still in my cart.
Checked my credit card and 2 pending transactions billed for £37.42 and £35.81 but no log of it by email or in my GB's ?
Please help.
Just tried again and now got 3 pending transactions on my credit card !
Still remains in my cart and will not do anything.

After you click on purchase, the item goes into your cart but if you just check out you won’t see the box to add your HDN ID.

You need to click on “view cart” , then the box to add your ID will be there.

Thanks @Aniv not sure if my username has carried through as the Bluray Life process after I logged in was quick and straight forward for me, a few clicks and it was sorted and paid on my CC.

@Aniv Same here, no box to put ID in - now know why - it's only in your cart, so if you go straight to pay you miss it.

3rd attempt and paypal says finish purchase at the store and re-directs me but then just brings me back to the payment screen again and again.
I now have over £100 for 3 transactions pending on my card @Aniv
What seems to be the issue buddy and hope I have secured my fullslip A ?

Yes tried using my credit card on store and again it will not validate for the purchase but when I log into my credit card account it shows the sales at bluraylife store all pending and my available balance reduced to reflect the sales.
But the item still remains in my cart and no email for the purchase whatsoever.
3 attempts now what is going on.

Have you checked there are no restrictions on your card? I had an issue with some stores just not being authenticated and it was the csrd issuer stopping it(i would have £1 pending for each attempt).
Else, no idea whats up then aside from trying to clear browser history/ different device/browser etc

I think its safe to say that if you dont have an order showing on the store(check you account section, there will be a 4 digit order nos starting with # ) then probably safe to say nothings been secured.
Even if no email confirmation came through, it would still show on the store as far as am aware

Am reluctant to blame the store/site as many others have completed orders, but you never know, could be a bug and all your orders will comfirm lol (obviously not in the long run, we know the guys here will cancel and additional/duplicate orders for you)

Either way, hope its sorted soon and that you do have a copy secured (definitely no order on the account section of the store?)

Yeah I'm annoyed it's o ring lenti but still purchase it lol surprised it did not sell out quickly. I emailed them to ask if my HDN Id went through properly

If you check the purchase link now, it clearly states any OC purchase im addition to a single, will result in all being cancelled.

Best not to risk it, maybe try direct for the other edition

The o-ring matches prior HD blu-ray editions so would be worse to change now.

We can be safe to assume a 4k, full lenti slip version will follow eventually.

I may try direct for either the FS B or am super tempted by the OC for what’s possibly the final movie in this part of the Wick story(i know a 5th has been hinted at whilst also out right refuted.)
Its just a lovely looking set (to be fair I wish i’d kept the OC from the first and went OC from then out)
