As promised, here are the pictures of the packaging by JSDVD. Please feel free to add these pics to the OP so that everyone can have a look before buying from them.

I find their packaging totally bulletproof. As you can see in the first picture, the box arrived in a completely bashed and torn condition:

They used 3 layers of bubble wrap on the outside that absorbed the impacts of the outside world:

Inside those 3 outer layers of bubble, each individual steelbook was wrapped in 3-4 layers of bubble on each side:

Replacements: are issued if in stock, if not a refund will be offered.
Refunds: They are normally processed within a few days.

hey guys i need again help with jsdvd...i wanted to pay for my shipping but as i come to the point after clicking on "perform payment", this small "payment helper"-pop-up window does not close and i dont receive the TAN code via sms on my mobile phone...

i also paid for shipping for another item about two weeks ago and it worked perfectly..

any ideas?

EDIT i also tried to add another item and pay it together with the shipping and used a different browser but without success

Correct, EMS does indeed come with tracking, but approx. $9 more than regular.

Received my first steelbook from JSDVD yesterday.

Lots of bubblewrap and was marked down as the exact value as I requested. Fortunately, I wasn't hit with any custom charges and the shipping was fast (4 days). Overall, impressed with JSDVD and will definitely buy from them again.

This has worked as got a package marked as $20 merchandise without any issues.

I'm new to JSDVD and tried placing an order through them earlier this evening. Everything seemed simple enough until I tried to place a payment. After processing through TWV OpenPay payment service for a moment my payment method was declined.. I tried a second time to make sure I had entered card information correctly, but it again failed.. I tried a second card and got the same result. Please advise?.
One was a MasterCard the other a VISA..
The cards have plenty of money on them and I used them on other sites earlier today..
Any advise?. Am I doing something wrong or an error with the site?.

WTH - Everytime I go to checkout and pay at the end it does nothing when I click on the button
I have tried 3 different computers and 3 different browsers !!!

Finally fixed. In the checkout it states that it only accepts English addresses which it was, but in the middle of the address was 1 Taiwanese character, and once removed the button to continue worked

i can tell you a long story about this

one guy from Jsdvds customer service is my friend now^^

he writes emails all the time if he shall combine orders or if i wish anything else
i think next time i ask him about the weather in taiwan

but to answer your post snoop: i dont know mate,just keep trying,i hope you get an answer soon

Bought Lion King Steelbook and they messaged me saying it's damaged! Will try and refund this and get from yesasia...hopefully they have undamaged copies.

FYI - I placed an order on 5/31 that was shipped on 6/3, and the post office attempted to deliver it today but I wasn't home so they left a notice. 5 Days for delivery without EMS shipping sounds like a pretty awesome deal to me

Unfortunately the supplier cant prepare 100% faultless of the Lion King.
We need to let you know all of the items have tiny traces on the spine.
Its manufacturing defect, not damaged.

I was already aware with the manufacturing defect. I had just visited Lion King TW thread after placing the order. So, It is quite good that, They are also aware of the defect, and more importantly, they are informing the customer about the same at proper time.
I hope to receive the SB very soon.

My Box from JSDVD arrived like this this morning...

Luckily due to my steel being well packed with bubble wrap it was undamaged..

What the hell do they do with these packages when in transit??

Most of the packages from JSDVD / Kimchi arrive in that condition for me. Think it is Parcel Force who are well known for mishandling packages. I have seen them throwing and tossing the packages into the van many times even if you mark as Fragile.
