Title on amazon does not mention "steelbook" anymore,
I think it is a FNAC exclusive.

I've just received a response from them (Amazon.fr), about my pre-order (still indicates it as a Steelbook edition), and they confirm that it's not a steelbook. So, did cancel mine too.

Looks like I chose the correct option with the Czech release-Spot gloss, debossed title and NO 3D on the cover even though it's included

I take it all other Steelbook releases will be the same as this design?

Czech edition has the same artwork but has debossed title, spot gloss on the characters and moon and it doesn't have '3D' in the title.

Looking at Marshal Bananas pic, the edge of the planet (or logo) that the '3D' is in also looks debossed. This is unique to this design.
