Was not feeling at my best this morning so was late getting up.
VERY pleasantly surprised that the Dble Lenti was available when I checked HDZ's site! Grabbed one immediately without much issue.
Also wanted to mention, I have the Manta Dble Lenti on it's way as well so extremely happy the covers are different.
In fact, I love each respectively so could not be happier.

The print run for this release is Not Higher, it is just that @Wreck was able to secure more copies for the Group buy.
HDzeta Allocated more copies to the Group Buy.

Before the opening of the GB there were 2 Ebay sellers, now there are several including a Canadian (ebay ID: mpniak, York, Ontario) who sells each copy. He probably bought them here.

Print Run 2000 I believe(read this somewhere don't remember where). How it is divided between # of Boxsets, DL and SL not yet available.

The demand for this Title is not as High reason why it didn't sell out in minutes like WW.
