I think the same Steelbook is being released in Germany. So there is always a second chance but we never know as Universal has been inconsistent.

It is currently available at Play.com (base / zavvi) outlets for 21.95.

Play.com doesn't stock anything anymore, if you search for kickass 2 on play 3 sellers have this up zavvi outlet, base outlet and youwantitwegotit which is what igans was getting at, zavvi outlet on play ship internationally
