Just got a message saying I’ve gotta pay £11 custom fees for the full slip... I’ve never had to pay any fees for nova before so why now?

I got hit when I ordered from them direct last year. They marked the value to be $20 which was over the threshold. There is no way on the website in a notes section to ask them to lower it. I use wdpung instead now

Same mistake I made... I thought I may actually be bothering Nova with the constant requests to mark them at $15, so assumed they would've got the message by now, but obviously not lol.

Marking them at $20 may still work for other countries though, so I don't blame them. Plus, it's nice that they even bother to mark the cost lower at all, since it's technically "not allowed".

Ditto. Via text message no less!
I completely forgot to email them so it’s my fault. I knew I should’ve used wdpung instead - dammit! Lesson learned.
It’s this kind of thing that takes the shine off the excitement of a new release, I know it’s only £11 but still.
