according to bluray-disc news there will be one steelbook of kill bill vol 1+2 on april 2012 in germany

THERE ARE TWO VARIANTS OF THIS COVER! One is exclusive to amazon.de (YELLOW) and other retailers like Media Mart.

The other cover (BLACK) is exclusive for other retailers and supermarkets.

I am possibly up for this, on a Kill Bill quest presently, got hold of the DVD Vol. 2 Premium japan set very cheap recently ..... just got to find Vol. 1 now .... then there's the french set, oooh .....

The Japanese premium sets are great aren't they! Vol 1 was quite tricky to get but that French box set is nearly impossible to find. I haven't been able to get hold of a sealed one in over a year, Still on the hunt now!

I'll probably pass on this. As always I try to avoid the dualogies/trilogies and so on, release in one steel. They always end up making prequels/sequels then the first ones become meaningless
Plus I already have the Canadian ones and I'm getting the French ones as well so...

id go for this.
im no fan of alliance in truth. and certainly no fan of the bi-lingual spines.
i was gonna just chop in for the US amarays to save a little shelf space. now this german release would do the trick nicely.

Going to pass on this one. I'm quite happy with the French and Canadian versions

I wish some of these studios put some effort into releasing NEW titles instead of the same ones over and over again
