Yes, you need to exhibit a little more patience.
most of these companies are small and may only employ a few people.
A company like Plain Archive usually ships the item first and it may take 1-3 days for them to load the shipping information into the database.
HDZeta is a reputable company and if it hasn't been shipped by the beginning of next week, send another email. You will eventually get your item.

Thanks it's just because it was my 1st order with them and was just not sure what was going on as no email confirmation of order was sent but I did email them at the new email address given and they are checking.

HDzeta decided remove the HDzeta LOGO gold sticker from single edition,because the slipbox bottom already with numbered gold stickers,and many buyes dont want to removed the sticker with the marks.
we will try to print or put a sticker in the folder,but not confirmed,and the boxset will try the metal gold stickers in the future.

Yes but more than likely would have ripped to pieces if you tried to remove
I like the suggestion that in future releases of single editions they are considering putting the Gold or Silver Labels in the booklet holder loose that way you can then decide what you do with the sticker

At least with this release I won't be getting annoyed seeing the Gold Label sticker crumble trying to remove it as it's not included
