Simply post some pics of any cool, or OOP print sets you own, with figurines, limited ed packaging, any special shelving you have, or just how you have them displayed.

A separate thread for posting general pics of your Blu-Ray collection will be added to the general Blu-Ray movie area.

This is the "I am bragging about my Special/Limited Editions" thread ;)

Enjoy! :oohyeah:

Hi Folks!
I thought I'd change it up a bit and today offer a pic of my Hammer Film Collection.
I've been collecting Hammer since the vhs days and have most of their esteemed films (well, those released) on dvd.
* Also have their wonderful Filmography, listing all films with great write-ups, by; Tom Johnson & Deb Del Vecchio
Since purchasing Blus of their fliks, I've tried to stay with Box Sets, when possible.
Hence, the reason I'm posting here, as many are quite "limited eds".
Still many Blus to go and fortunately, there are a LOT of new releases just out or coming! :happy:

Now, I won't name every film in the Box Sets, or this post would be 2 pages long.
Very easy to 'google' them though ! (I will of course, name the Box Sets themselves). ;)
I might post a pic of my Hammer dvds but although the cover art on many are superb, there may not be much interest here.

Anyway, here we go!

Box Sets:

- Hammer Films Edition (Germany, in Eng. Studio Canal, 7 films)
- Hammer Vol 1 ( Indicator, UK, 4 films)
- Hammer Vol 2 (Indicator, UK 4 films)
* - 12" Chris Lee as Dracula figure ('Product Enterprise Lmtd,' Licenced by Hammer)
- Hammer Vol 3 (Indicator, UK, 4 films)
- Hammer Horror ( Shock Ent. Oz, 17 films)
- Hammer Collection (Studio Canal. dvd but gorgeous! 21 films)
- Hammer Horror (flat, far left, Universal, 8 films)
- Hammer Horror Classics (flat, far right, WB, 4 films)

Singles:

- Curse of Frankenstein ( 3 discs)
- Dracula (3 discs)
- The Mummy (3 discs)
- Pirates of Blood River (Twilight Time) very sorry about the glare!
- Vampire Lovers (Karnstein Trilogy, pt 1)
- soon! Lust For a Vampire ( Shout! Karnstein Trilogy, pt 2) YES!!!
- Twins of Evil (Karnstein Trilogy, pt 3)
- Hammer House of Horror (Network. the TV anthology series, 13 ep.)
- Dracula AD 1972
- Satanic Rights of Dracula
- Hammer Horror WB Years (Act 3 Prod. Documentary,) [ also have "Flesh and Blood" doc on dvd, by Act 3).)
note; forgot to add my copy of To The Devil A Daughter (Lee & Kinski!, I'm an idiot !)

Hello Again My Friends.
I thought perhaps a pic of my Terminator collection might be worthwhile.

- The Terminator (HDZeta, Lenti)
- Terminator 2, Judgement Day (Kimchi, Lenti) ( where's my T2 Gold Lenti, HDZ!!!)

- Terminator 4, Salvation (HDZeta, Lenti)
- Terminator 5, Genisys (HDZeta, Lenti)

(also have the "Sarah Connor Chronicles" [TV Series]... Summer Glau and Lena Headey, yum!)

Good Afternoon Folks!
Not sure if there is a large Anime community here but I thought I'd take a moment and display some lovely sets I've managed to procure. :)

I'll start off with;
Black Butler.
These are becoming increasingly expensive and difficult to find for a reasonable price it seems;
Aniplex has just recently re-released a gorgeous edition of S-1 (shown) and there are rumours of them re-releasing a new ed of S-2 as well!
The Artbooks are huge, impeccably detailed and give wonderful insight to the characters.
So, without further preamble;

Pic 1;
- Black Butler, S-1 (Aniplex, spec ed)
- Black Butler, S-2 ( Aniplex/Funi)
- Black Butler, S-3, Book of Circus ( Aniplex/Funi, spec ed.)
- Black Butler, Book of Murder ( Aniplex/Funi)
- Black Butler, Book of the Atlantic (Aniplex/Funi)

Pic 2; (reverse of above mentioned titles)

Pic 3;
- Black Butler, Artbook 1 (HC, gold spot-gloss)
- Black Butler, Artbook 2 (HC, gold spot-gloss)
- Claymore (std ed.)
- Battle Royale (Arrow, Steel) a bit tricky to find!

Cheers! :happy:

^^ heh, In case some of you were wondering, that gorgeous oil painting you see behind some of my pics, is by Cheshire, England artist Michael Scott.

My daughter refers to it as "The Old Man Willow" painting, as it reminds her so much of Frodo's visit to the "Old Forest", where he and the other Hobbits were captured by 'Old Man Willow' (spooky looking foreground tree) before being rescued by Tom Bombadil.
In the background, you can see Tom's quaint little house.
I don't think that was the artist's intent but it seems apt. :)

The paint is so thick, it has a 3D appearance (and feel!) to it.
It's down right now, because I am doing renovations in the dining room, where it hangs.
Oh, and yes, that antique tea table ( the artbooks are on) will be cleaned up nicely before put back into service!

Cheers!

Of course, no Anime collection worth bragging about would be complete without some of the "Classics". :)

Below is a pic of my "Ghost In The Machine" collection.
- Anime, Books and Film.
Some of these are not just pricey but pretty difficult to find.
I know some were not overly enthused with the film but I LOVED IT!
Considering what they were attempting to accomplish in 2 hours, I'd be hard pressd to see what improvements could be made.
I also think Scar-Jo was perfect in the role and you do NOT want to hear my thoughts on the 'witewashing' hub-bub.
And, Takeshi Tekano. The world needs more films with Takeshi. :thumbs:

So, anyway, here we go!

- GitS Anime (Korean ultra spec ed. has Eng subs)
- GitS Manga set (HC, spec box set, 3 vols. in Eng.)
- GitS, SAC 1 (Korean spec ed. has Eng subs)
- GitS, SAC 2 (Korean, spec ed. has Eng subs)
- GitS 2, Innocence ( Amaray, Funi)
- GitS, SSS (Solid State Society) ( Kodansha, 3d + 2D, Japanese ed., Eng subs)
- GitS, Box-set, ("Rise" Series [1-4], + Pyrophoric Cult, + GitS New Anime Movie, Japanese, Eng subs)
- GitS Film ( 4K + 2D) ( Blufans, spec ed.)
- Gits Film (3D + 2D) ( Blufans, spec ed.)
- GitS Film, (UHD, Leather Box set, spec ed.)
- GitS Film (BB, SteelBook, Blu + dvd)

:happy:
