bit of a heads up on this, internet chatter is stating that this transfer will be sourced from a 720p HDTV master (upscaled to 1080i) and cropped to 1.85:1
hope it's not true but will keep my ear to the ground for update

sad to report that the reviews so far that are coming out for this from amazon customers are far from good
apparently it's nothing more than a upscaled DVD. Picture is reported to be fuzzy and generally bad
think i'll save my money and stick with my Korean DVD

Same here. I remember having seen this on VHS ages ago, but don't remember much abut the film itself. Hopefully a decent edition will come along soon.
Ugh one of favorites of this genre, gutted the transfer is shiite....hopefully someone else gives us a better disc.
