First time i order from them and i got the "Payment Fail" msg.. So i have to talk to my bank and then order again? I would have thought they wait till the bank gives the money and then update the existing order.

I get a text from my bank making sure the payment was one I made but always have to order again once I've replied to them. Good job it's not a OOS in a minute one
