Forgive my stupidity, I've never ordered from JSDVD before, I just place the order with them and the gift gets sent automatically, right? Also, it shows a yellow version and a blue version, is 1 the steelbook and the other an amaray or is the steelbook available in both colours?

Yes, the gift should be sent together with the steelbook. The yellow cover appears to be the amaray, blue should be the steelbook.
