I think this is a good Taiwanese release to get because of the limited nature of this release worldwide. No steelbook in NA, one in UK and none in the rest of Europe. It's not like Resident Evil Retribution or Total Recall that got steelbook releases all over the world.

The trouble is that I have not yet control this card

I had a problem once and I had to disable my firewall to get it to work.

They put me that "payment for each Stock Allow 2 credit card in 24-hours, please pay as another credit card" when I try to confirm my order.

But I never paid with my credit card at home.

Maybe you need to call your credit card company and tell them you are going to use it in other countries.

Have you tried to use that credit card a few times unsuccessfully? This happened to me last night(my credit card company put a hold on my card until they verified I was making this purchase) and I had to use another card to get it to work.

I think most of these Asian retailers are catching on with the steelbook craze so they are trickling in small amounts at a time to get the demand going. It gets people thinking it's going to be limited which inclines you to purchase at least two copies. It doesn't work on everyone but I'm sure it caught some of us.
