It's a nice package. Looks heavy though - I expect shipping prices will be quite high for this one.

Is the steelbook itself sealed or just the outer slipbox?

Since this is my first order from jsdvd, may I know when they are going to bill me on shipping?

They're stocking right now so I'd expect an email giving you a link to pay the shipping charge within the next day or so.

I like it ! But it's not a slip its a box.

Want to no is the Steelbook unsealed inside the box? Was hoping it would come sealed as well.

Free gift is great though, and as a complete package, very impressive.
Will look great sitting next to my copy from KR. Thanks for the great pictures. :D

3D on the box twice is really the only thing that bugs me!!

The more I look at the pictures the more excited I am getting about receiving this. :scat:

Thanks you very much for the excellent pics!!!
I love it. And I love the box too.
I like the signature, although logically is not handwritten, it is a nice detail in taiwanesse editions.

My only doubt is: booklet fits within the box? may be the reason for use a box?

Wow!!! This is a gem.better than a slip by a mile.A full protective jacket with vivid colors.A rarity indeed for packaging. The rarer, the better when it comes to steelbook collecting. Taiwan went all out for this release! Bravo. The extras are a nice icing on the cake.

As a package, Taiwan wins hands down.

For a slip junkie like myself, I have to say I prefer the Korean version and you get to see more of the lenticular front too.

The advertising on the Taiwan version is OTT. There is already a Panasonic sticker on it. Why cover up the Asian text with more advertising?

The fact that the the box takes away so much of the lenticular front was already a disappointment for me, when the mock photo were published.

The book looks amazing as does the steelbook as well. :scat:

I decided to cancel because there's too many ads on top of the writing.

I'm getting the regular edition with slipcover from Taiwan though. :D

That box is disappointing, imo-to me it looks like when they release, and re-release again movies that have just won awards, or have an anniversary coming up-to draw attention to the box, but the movie is the same. Shame it doesn't have a nicer slip, imo. Seems like they used this for ads vehicle, big time.

I'm not too concerned about the matte finish but the overall look. Kind of reminds me of the Avatar slipbox of last year. Instead this version has a window to show the lenticular card. Still debating whether to cancel or not. Also the costs of shipping with The Hobbit will be a bit more expensive since I combined both.
