Should have said mine were from Tesco at the offer price so £20.50 each, I'm going to try the local HMV tomorrow as I believe they have had them at £21.99 and I can also check them thoroughly first

Mine arrived dented, not too bad. Not going to bother with a return, too much of a hassle for a small dent I hammered out as best as I could. This was pre-package denting. The parcel was perfect.

Same thing I had with Paul, top left (but not cornor) depression into the top of one side of the steel.

Sorry to hear, but honestly you got lucky having one arrive un-slashed. I had to go through a few orders before I could get one that wasn't. Ol' Freddy Krueger has been real busy with this one.

I ordered two from amazon and only one came. I'm hoping the second one comes in pristine condition but after reading what everyone is saying, my hopes aren't high. A Nightmare on Steel Street LOL!

Ordered mine from Sainsburys which turned up with no slashes... thankfully.

Got mine from amazon today, the first thing I did was look at the spine No damage thankfully, the entire steel is mint. And what a looker!

I sent my two copies with spine slashes back to Tesco for a refund and my Sainsburys copy has arrived this morning in perfect condition

I don't like the look of their cardboard packaging but it seems to do the job !
