Was that for the steelbook?

I have pre-order it from day 1 but my order is still at £19.

If that price was from the steelbook at some point I must contact their costumer service as their lower price guarantee is not working.

Good luck with that .

You'll find that everyone who have it for £7.25 ordered it when Amazon had a problem with their database and partial details for lifeforce were applied to the VHS copy of Over The edge (a quite good Matt Dillon Movie with a terrible cover). After a couple of days a proper Lifeforce listing went up (Which I assume you ordered) and the "other" one migrated back to Over the edge very very slowly . I don't know about anyone else here, but I contacted Amazon CS and requested that my order be migrated over to the new listing and that my order price be honoured.(they seem to have done this for a few people who I know didn't contact them).

So unless you preordered the "the Over The Edge/ Lifeforce Blu ray steelbook VHS special edition " they are unlikely to reduce your order price.

Pipped at the post by mumbles there. What he said is accurate, except I didn't contact Amazon, they just automatically fixed my order. I wonder how many got it at £7.25? I know I'm one.

They only guarantee the lowest price between placing the order and the release date. You missed the initial price (you probably ordered the second listing which all of the earlier orders were subsequently changed to) and therefore your order hasn't been reduced. You could contact them and ask them to reduce it as a goodwill gesture, but they have no obligation to.

Just received the following eMail from Amazon.co.uk, stating that the release has been put back several weeks:

Unfortunately, the release date for the item(s) listed below was changed by the supplier, and we need to provide you with a new estimated delivery date based on the new release date:

Steve Railsback "Lifeforce Blu-ray [Limited Edition Steelbook]"
Estimated arrival date: October 17 2013 - October 19 2013

One of Amazon's aims is to provide a convenient and efficient service; in this case, we have fallen short. Please accept our sincere apologies.

I opted for the Super Saver delivery, which means this is most likely being released on the 14th of October!

Lifeforce (Blu-ray Steelbook).. looks nice!!!

Lifeforce (Zavvi exclusive Blu-ray Steelbook).. omg what a garbage steelbook

imo this does NOT look better than for instance starship troppers

but it will have all extras imaginable, an informative booklet, people in the background who really enjoy and love the films they make available, and an overall quality release that stands out more than some criterion or masters of cinema releases in my opinion :)

a must-buy for me, hopefully this time their packaging factory will get their things together and dont send out in envelopes again.

I got mine today, i will open it the weekend and put the j card inside i cant see the back otherwise and thats what made me buy it, it is a blind buy for me on the artwork alone.

Got mine.
Well packed, Zavvi could learn a few things!!

that's new, i received two damaged steels from arrow lately, and thought to myself, even zavvi does it better than this.

after talking to some arrow employees about my problem, they told me they already told their packaging department they have to change this and wrap them securely for transit, seems they sometimes forget about this, but as far as i know they are at least working on a constant improvement. :)

looking fwd to receiving "lifeforce", never seen the movie, but the artwork alone made me order this. :)

How much is shipping from Arrow direct? I have this preordered with Amazon but if I could get it cheaper and support Arrow directly I would rather do that. :)
