They normally send a second invoice for shipping.
27€ is only the price for the steelbook.

Be prepare for the second invoice the shipping cost is expensive. It cost me 37 bucks to have it ship to Canada.

They do tell you when you're ordering. I'm sure there's a message that comes up saying your shipping invoice will be sent once the items have been packaged and are ready to send.

Right, until your order gets physically sent to the shipping department and gets packed, weighed, and shipping total calculated, will you know how much your shipping charges are and to be paid on the second invoice.

I've had to wait more than a week to even get a shipping invoice, and kept checking back on their website to get it, so I could pay it. I never received an email notification.

You have to check you order status regularly, they just put messages in there.

urgh, I just did this hoping to find a message about a shipping cost/quote but all I found was that there are 0 in stock and "ships between 2 and 14 days". If there are 0 in stock, should I just ask for a refund?

It's not marked as out of stock, merely as ships between 1-10 days.

Why don't you send them a message asking when it will be available again?

Otherwise you can always ask for a refund.

Exactly, that information has changed to '0' in stock and "ships to 2-14 days" on my order. That was the point I was making.

I'll have to wait 14 days before asking for a refund. You can bet that is what they will instruct me to do before issuing a refund. Fingers crossed they find one or do actually have stock.

They always bill the shipping separately. You should get another an e-mail when it's ready to be shipped.

I've ordered IM2 & John Carter from thm without any problems

I too have sent two emails with no reply. The movie is not in stock but their system is allowing orders. You don't get to see stock levels before you order, but it shows after you've ordered and paid for it.

Just sent a third email demanding a refund. I'll give it another week and if I hear nothing I will take it up with my bank as an unauthorised debit.
