This release actually had some form of manufacturers defects. I remember in the early release Wreck mentioned issues with the spine not lining up etc.

However IMO its an absolute beauty and in my top 10 all time favourite, i love the detail, embossing, debossing wood effect.

Couldn't agree with you more about the beauty of this steelbook, it's such a standout, even compared to the recent releases with embossing, debossing and what not. Shame that they struggled with the manufacturing issues on it..
Thankfully my copy is pretty acceptable in terms of being a collectors item.

I would not worry about the bottom of the spine issues. All the Lion King Steels that I Have look like they have the same small defect. But I could really care less because his is truly one of the best looking steels of all times.

Yeah I think they all do apart from the Chinese one, which ironically is the cheapest on available

I've never ordered from yesasia or JSDVD however I'm quite interested in this. So my question is, which is the better place to order from in terms of packaging, customs, speed of delivery etc....

I made a purchase via JSDVD and it took me to a secure payment page and the payment was successful for TW dollars of 1080 or something. I see the charge on my creditcard. But when i try to see the order status in my account i see no orders listed. is it normal with JSDVD ? If the order doesn't go thru why the hell they charge me for ? i received an email from TW payment process with transaction # but it doesn't have the product details. So wierd
