That might be true. But who knows? Yesasia's temporarily out of stock is a standard quote and might be followed by 'no longer available from supplier' sooner or later. Might, might .... it depends whether you want to take the risk ...

The Chinese characters are on the slip. The steel itself has the English title.

Upon checkout, you won't see. According to the website it's between € 7,50 and € 10 - for US and Western Europe. EMS only, so expect an invoice from customs.

Edit: correction -> EMS and airmail: airmail plm EUR 9 for Europe.

You can actually select airmail or EMS. May be a recent option because website refers to ems only but you can definitely change as I just did it myself. was able to label as merchandise also so hopefully will avoid customs.

I received my two copies from JSDVD. One for me and one for my sister because she is a big Lion King fan.

Very happy with my first purchase from JSDVD. It took only 1 week to receive it and the cost of each was $45 US shipped. Looks like I got lucky ordering when I did since they went out of stock again.

I got mine from Yesasia.com a couple of months ago. Probably out of stock by now but it's another place to keep in mind when searching for steels. I think all up, shipped it was about $55AUD? so around $50USD.

The bluray logo on the steel itself is rather annoying, but it's the best Lion King steel out there atm, (in my opinion anyway ). I just adore the carved wood effect on it! ^-^

Deltamac has not printed more, it's stock left over and it's disappearing slowly... guess because it was the Lion Kind they over produced for a Deltamac Release (Like Thor 2, they did 2 printing which is not business as usual) so we'll have left over for a while but once they are gone it's when they will gain value... but I wasn't collecting at the time and grabbed my copy recently... Taiwan releases are my favourite they make the best freakin slip cover with the spine also all in taiwanese Hokkien, they are so sublime.

but weather or not it's still around, it is a killer steelbook !!! there is nothing out there that compares to this... yes that blu-ray logo should not be on the steel but it is and it really doesn't matter it's the most beautiful steelbook of the Lion King one of the best Disney ever
