I went with E5 mainly for the steelbook probably the best part of this release, I didn't like any of the other versions in terms of artwork. I don't have any premium packaging for the previous movies, so E5 will do for me.

So because you have poor broadband this is HDNs fault?

Regardless of the GB system there was initially 100 copies available. Had this been the old system it would've been the same situation.

I also want to point out that, probably due to how lenient the old system was, HDN's FA GB allocations have gone down. Used to be you'd have over 150 copies available but now there's fewer. Only 100 copies.

E1 got more copies than was originally allocated. So yeah, you've got to be quicker than you used to be to snag a copy. Sorry about your broadband.

Large print run + 5 different editions = available copies for below cost on the secondary market

Glad to see FAC get a nice WEA steel for this movie. They put in good work here, fantastic job.

I see 6% PP fees and 7 or 7.5% HDN fee. I am sure the HDN fee used to be flat $1 or $2 in the good old days. Can you please justify why the fee is now at 7%? Is this because of.the new system where you will have to add 5% PP fees on top of the already asses 5% PP fees to be forwarded to Karel? Sorry but 13% of the item price going on fees is very high to what we are used to paying with the old GB system.

This might be an assumption on my part and only @carllenc and @Collector03601 can confirm but what was happening with the old system is people wouldn't pay for their copies so Karel was left with extras he had to pay for out of pocket. Now we have fewer copies available to us because so many weren't being paid for and as a result he won't have leftovers. With the new system, though, we shouldn't be seeing as many unpaid copies, if any at all.

That's my logic anyway.

Who wants for free? It is the high fees I am talking about.

Coming to increase in print run, I think this could become like Dredd due to the high print run. Surely FA had to secure WEA attge expense of a higher print run.
